Research

Our research aims to define the cellular and molecular mechanisms driving neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders, focusing on cerebellar circuits in genetic mouse models. We combine molecular, cellular, and behavioral approaches to study how mutations in Npc1 and Pten disrupt neuronal development, synaptic function, and metabolic regulation.
